Shipping starts from £9.60 (NET) for next day tracked.

International shipping

We ship worldwide by tracked courier. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination and delivered DAP. Please contact [email protected] for a quote.

Import duties, taxes and any customs charges levied at destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom configurations & call-off stock

Customised products (modified charge parameters, fitted connectors, IP67 ruggedisation, branding) typically require 1–3 weeks depending on volume and specification. Call-off PO arrangements (up to 12 months) are available to lock in pricing and guarantee dispatch lead times.

Returns

Off-the-shelf, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the goods value (outbound carriage is non-refundable). Please contact us before returning anything so we can issue a returns authorisation number. Full returns policy can be found in our T&Cs.

Custom-configured products are non-returnable unless faulty. All products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty - faulty items will be inspected and repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect deliveries on receipt and report any damage or shortage to [email protected] within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier.
